Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs (SVASE)
Offices: San Francisco, California
SVASE is the largest and fastest growing nonprofit association in Northern California dedicated exclusively to helping early stage entrepreneurs across all technology sectors build successful companies. Founded by a group of software engineers in 1995 and growing steadily ever since in spite of general economic downturns, SVASE hosts 6-10 events each month attended by 400-600 technology executives and press. Their weekly emailing reaches 6,000 executives, making theirs one of the largest, most powerful targeted lists in the Valley.
Silicon Valley China Wireless Association (SVCWireless)

The Silicon Valley-China Wireless Technology Association was established on August 1, 2000 by a group of wireless technology professionals and enthusiasts who share a common interest in the emerging China wireless market. SVCWireless is an open association that embraces everyone interested in learning and sharing knowledge on wireless technologies and business activities. Not just technology focused, SVCWireless also promotes entrepreneurship, networking and learning, with a focus on building a bridge between the wireless industries in Asia and the United States.
Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG)

Few business-related organizations carry the prominence or the sway of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG). Founded in 1977 by David Packard, SVLG has grown to become the largest organization of its kind in Silicon Valley. Today SVLG has more than 200 member companies. Economically, SVLG has become a cornerstone of the Valley; collectively, its members contribute more than $1 trillion to the global economy, an amount equal to the gross national product of Italy.

Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC)

The Singapore International Chamber of Commerce the oldest Chamber of Commerce in Asia and the oldest commercial organization in Singapore and today counts among its members business enterprises operated over 40 nationalities. From its beginnings, the Chamber has been multi-racial. Over 30% of its membership is made up of Singaporean companies, the balance coming from some 45 countries around the world. American, Japanese, German and British companies form the largest group of foreign members.
SIP Forum (SIP)

The SIP Forum seeks to advance the adoption of products and services based on the Session Initiation Protocol—SIP. The Forum provides information on the benefits and capabilities of SIP, highlights successful applications and deployments, and directs activities aimed at achieving high levels of product interoperability. The Forum promotes SIP as the technology choice for multimedia/real-time communication session control throughout the Internet, corporate networks and within next generation wireless networks.
Small Business Council of America (SBCA)

The Small Business Council of America is a national organization whose purpose is to represent the interests of private and family owned businesses in federal income and estate tax, health care, pension and other benefit concerns. About one-third of their members are advisors for family and privately owned businesses—lawyers, accountants, actuaries, financial planners, insurance advisors and plan administrators.
Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council (SBE Council)

The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council works to influence legislation and policies that help to create a favorable and productive environment for small businesses and entrepreneurship. By educating policymakers, elected officials, the media and the public about the critical role that small businesses play in the economy—and how government actions can positively or negatively affect the small business community. SBE Council with its work to protect innovative, job-creating small businesses, and advance public policy that improves and maintains a favorable environment for risk-taking, investment and entrepreneurship.
