Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB)

TVB is the not-for-profit trade association
of America's broadcast television industry.
TVB provides a diverse variety of tools
and resources, including its website, to
support its members and to help advertisers
make the best use of local television. Members
include television broadcast groups, advertising
sales reps, and nearly 500 individual television
stations. |
Tennessee Telecommunications Association
(TTA)

The Tennessee Telecommunications Association
is an industry trade organization that includes
all types of telecommunications service
providers as well as suppliers to the industry.
Their membership is open to Incumbent Local
Exchange Carriers (ILECs), Competitive Local
Exchange Carriers (CLECs), Interexchange
Carriers, Resellers, Wireless Carriers,
and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). |

Texas Association of Convention & Visitor
Bureaus (TACVB)

TACVB members are listed on their website
at no extra cost, and the link to your website
is free as well. They partner with the Texas
Department of Transportation and Office
of the Governor, Economic Development &
Tourism on many programs. TACVB Membership
list can be e-mailed in Excel format to
any member—CVB/Chamber or Affiliate for
free. TACVB surveys its members regarding
chamber/bureau structure, operating budgets,
and advertising strategies. |
Texas Retailers Association

The Texas Retailers Association is a trade
association representing all segments of
the retail industry: general merchandise,
department stores, independent retailers,
mass merchandisers, convenience stores,
supermarkets and grocery stores, chain drug
stores and pharmacies, and a wide array
of specialty retailers. With more than 1,500
members operating more than 25,000 stores,
employing more than 500,000 Texans, they
account for more than $75 billion in sales
annually. |
Texas Statewide Telephone Cooperative (TSTCI)
Offices: Austin, Texas
TSTCI is a statewide organization that represents
the interests of Texas' rural independent
telephone systems. Members include 21 cooperatives
and 17 small independent telephone companies
organized to serve the state's vast rural
and agricultural areas that the larger telephone
companies did not wire because the population
was too sparse and the locations too remote.
The majority of TSTCI member companies are
owned by individuals or families who reside
in the areas they serve, and a cooperative,
or "coop," is owned by its customers. |
Texas Telephone Association (TTA)

The Texas Telephone Association, founded
in 1905, is the trade association that represents
the incumbent local exchange telephone companies
of Texas. The mission of the TTA is to promote
and enhance the performance of each member
company and protect the integrity of the
local exchange telephone industry and the
services offered within each company's certificated
exchange areas. There are 62 companies,
large and small, providing local exchange
service to more than 13 million access lines
in 1,244 exchanges across Texas. |
Texas Coalition for Capital (TxCAP)

The Texas Coalition for Capital is a broad-based
coalition of leaders supporting economic
development and job creation through long-term
access to capital for Texas entrepreneurs
and small businesses. TxCAP works closely
with a broad range of existing business,
economic development, civic, citizen, and
academic organizations and state leaders
to promote a variety that stimulates growth
in the Texas economy and job creation. |
