The California-Asia Business Council is
one of California's leading private-sector,
non-profit, international business-promotion
associations. Their mission is to help California
firms of all sizes develop or expand their
commercial ties with the economies of Southeast
Asia and China. Cal-Asia members range from
some of the nation's largest multinational
companies to small and medium-sized exporters,
importers, manufacturers, and service companies.
Industries represented range from infrastructure
development to telecommunications and e-commerce,
and also export-import, resource development,
global transportation, banking and finance. |
Canadian American Business Council (CABC)

The CABC is the premier voice of the Canadian
American business community in Washington.
Established in 1987, the Council is a non-profit,
issues-oriented organization dedicated to
elevating the private sector perspective
on issues that affect our two nations. The
Council's activities include high-level
briefings on issues of current concern,
assistance with practical trade and policy
challenges, and providing significant networking
opportunities and informative seminars.
Each year the Council also celebrates innovative
cross-border partnerships through its prestigious
Canadian American Award for Business Achievement. |
Canadian Council of Chief Executives (CCCE)

The Canadian Council of Chief Executives
is an organization composed of the CEOs
of Canada's leading enterprises. They engage
in an active program of public policy research,
consultation and advocacy. The CCCE is Canada's
premier business association, with an outstanding
record of achievement in matching entrepreneurial
initiative with sound public policy choices.
Over the past three decades, the Council
has played a private sector leadership role
in shaping fiscal, taxation, trade, competition,
energy, environmental, education and corporate
governance policies. |
Chester County International Business Council
(CCIBC)
Offices: Exton, Pennsylvania
The Chester County International Business
Council is an economic development initiative
of the Chester County Economic Development
Council. The CCIBC receives guidance and
expertise from its volunteer 33-person Advisory
Board and funding from the World Trade Center
of Greater Philadelphia to deliver export
assistance services to small to medium sized
companies located in Chester County. The
Council's international trade program was
successful in assisting Chester County companies
in generating over $14 million in export
sales for last year. |
Colorado Business Council (CBC)

The CBC is a statewide, equal-opportunity
chamber of commerce comprised of gay and
gay-supportive business owners and professionals.
They are the heart of GLBT networking and
business growth. The CBC promote professional
development, business diversity and personal
enrichment. Their events provide forums
for learning, and networking. |
Commonwealth Business Council (CBC)
Offices: London, England
The Commonwealth Business Council was established
by the Commonwealth Heads of Government
Meeting in October 1997 to involve the private
sector in the promotion of trade and investment.
The CBC acts as a bridge for co-operation
between business and government, concentrating
on efforts to help remove barriers to trade,
mobilize investment into Commonwealth countries,
foster a good environment for business and
investment, promote good practice in corporate
governance and corporate citizenship, and
facilitate the engagement of the private
sector in information communication technology. |
Cumberland County Business Council
Offices: Fayetteville, North Carolina
The Cumberland County Business Council strives
to improve quality of life by creating wealth,
jobs and investment in our community. Fayetteville's
outstanding workforce pool includes exiting
military personnel who offer a number of
advantages for employers. In addition to
their education, specialized training and
exposure to situations that make the toughest
on-the-job task seem routine, military-experienced
personnel have ingrained fundamentals such
as loyalty, discipline, accountability and
managerial skills. |

Environmental Business Council of New England
(EBC)

The EBC was conceived in 1990 by environmental
and energy company executives who began
meeting on a regular basis to exchange ideas
and share experiences. Their goal is to
enhance business and job growth of both
established and emerging environmental and
energy businesses. The EBC provides member
companies with programs, activities, and
information to enable them to stay on the
cutting edge of environmental and energy
technologies, management and regulatory
developments. |
European American Business Council

The European-American Business Council is
committed to fortifying EU-US economic integration,
growth and competitiveness. A primary EABC
policy focus is regulatory convergence,
as regulatory disparities are today among
the most significant trade barriers across
the globe. At each stage of growth, the
EABC has remained an independent business
association—wholly funded and led by member-companies. |

FBC specializes in producing trade show
events and conferences, with an emphasis
on information technology, at Federal Government
locations throughout the United States.
Each month thousands of federal employees
attend these events to evaluate the latest
advances in information technology and update
their sources for future requirements.

Georgia Women's Business Council (GWBC)

The Georgia Women’s Business Council is
an organization for women business owners
interested in promoting, developing and
maintaining business relationships with
major corporations, governmental agencies
and other women business owners. They are
a non-profit organization with a mission
to certify women-owned business enterprises
and to promote the activities directed toward
the development, establishment, expansion
and encouragement of businesses owned by

German American Business Council of Boston
(GABC)

The German-American Business Council of
Boston is a non-profit organization comprised
of companies, business people, and other
professionals dedicated to encouraging and
cultivating German-American business and
trade. The GABC provides a forum for the
exchange of knowledge and ideas, and for
business and professional contacts between
its members. The GABC membership is open
