The US-ASEAN Business Council is dedicated
to effectively strengthening bilateral and
US-ASEAN relations through strong economic
and commercial ties. The Council is committed
to promoting US competitiveness in the most
dynamic global growth market. With over
two decades of building strategic alliances
and working relationships with ASEAN regional
organizations as well as with government
and private sector leaders in each country,
the Council has helped improve the business
environment for American companies and expand
the US competitive position in the region.

United States China Business Council (USCBC)

The US-China Business Council is a membership
association for US corporations engaged
in business relations with the People's
Republic of China. With the massive growth
of US-China economic engagement since the
late 1970s, the Council has continued to
assist firms entering the field for the
first time, and, increasingly, the bulk
of its work has served the interests and
needs of US firms with well-established
commercial relationships in China. The Council
also publishes the US magazine on China
trade, The China Business Review. |
United States Council for International
Business

The United States Council for International
Business helps companies do just that. It
gives business a seat at the table, presenting
American business ideas, values and solutions
on a wide range of issues—from environment
to e-commerce to labor relations—directly
to US policy makers and officials in the
United Nations, European Union and a host
of other governments and groups. USCIB works
on a variety of fronts to smooth the way
for American commerce abroad, promoting
practical business services. |
United States India Business Council (USIBC)

The United States-India Business Council
is the premier advocacy organization representing
the largest US companies investing in India,
promoting economic reforms with an aim to
deepen trade relations and broaden commercial
ties. The US-India Business Council is an
interlocutor for American industry operating
in India, convening the American private
sector for US Government initiatives. |
United States Pakistan Business Council
Offices: Washington, DC
The primary role of the US-Pakistan Business
Council is to foster a greater awareness
of business opportunities in Pakistan, and
to further increase US foreign direct investment
in Pakistan. The Council brings together
Pakistani and American business leaders.
The Council provides a forum for dialogue
on key economic, commercial and other relevant
issues of interest to American companies
doing or planning to do business in Pakistan. |
United States Russia Business Council (USRBC)
Offices: Washington, DC & Moscow, Russia
The US-Russia Business Council is a trade
association that represents the interests
of 300 member companies operating in the
Russian market. The Council's mission is
to expand and enhance the US-Russian commercial
relationship. Guided by member interests,
the Council promotes an economic environment
in which businesses can succeed in a challenging
Russian market. Through a range of activities,
the Council contributes to the stability
and development of a free market in Russia
and supports Russia’s integration into the
global economy. |
United States Saudi Arabian Business Council

Arabia
The US-Saudi Arabian Business Council is
an organization of business leaders in both
countries working together to increase trade
and investment by promoting broader understanding
among US and Saudi Arabian companies, as
well as specific business opportunities.
The overall purpose of the Council is to
become the focal point for the exchange
of knowledge between the private sectors
in the US and Saudi Arabia. |
United States Taiwan Business Council
Offices: Arlington, Virginia
The US-Taiwan Business Council serves as
a portal to Taiwan, as our network of relationships
gives our members access to people and information
to help them succeed in their Taiwan endeavors.
Serving as an effective representative in
dealing with business, trade, and investment
matters, the Council comprises a large network
of companies involved in business between
Taiwan and the United States. The Council
was heavily involved in all aspects of the
drafting and passing of the Taiwan Relations
Act. |
United States Thailand Business Council
(USTBC)

The US-Thailand Business Council in Washington,
DC, together with its counterpart, the Thailand-US
Business Council (TUSBC), located in Bangkok,
was inaugurated in October of 1994 as a
non-profit and non-partisan organization.
The creation of the two Councils is the
first bilateral business-to-business dedicated
to strengthening the US and Thailand bilateral
relations through commercial and economic
ties by emphasizing the responsible role
of the private sector. They work To promote
face-to-face interaction between American
and Thai business executives in order to
advance the expansion of trade and investment
cooperation between the two countries. |

Women's Business Council Gulf Coast (WBCGC)

The Women's
Business Council Gulf Coast is an organization
for women business owners interested in
promoting, developing and maintaining business
relationships with other women business
owners, major corporations and governmental
agencies. Their mission is to certify bona
fide women-owned businesses and to promote
the activities directed at the development,
establishment, expansion and encouragement
of businesses owned by women. |
Women's Business Enterprise National Council
(WBENC)
Offices: Washington, DC
The Women's Business Enterprise National
Council is the nation's leading advocate
of women-owned businesses as suppliers to
America's corporations. WBENC works to foster
diversity in the world of commerce with
programs and policies designed to expand
opportunities and eliminate barriers in
the marketplace for women business owners.
WBENC works with representatives of corporations
to encourage the utilization and expansion
of supplier/vendor diversity programs.

Wyoming Business Council
Offices: Cheyenne, Wyoming
The creation of the Wyoming Business Council
in 1998 dramatically changed Wyoming's approach
to economic development. This new organization
has more of a corporate structure, incorporating
private business practices in order to drive
programs and instituting regional offices
throughout the state. The Wyoming Business
Council focuses public and private efforts
to build a strong job creation base in the
new economy with manufacturing and technology
as core competencies while strengthening
the existing business and industry groups
under energy, agriculture, tourism and travel.
