The SVP Alliance promotes a standard for securely distributing digital content across home networks and portable devices. The availability of SVP-enabled consumer devices will enable network operators to expand the range of devices and services they can offer subscribers. For the first time, operators will be offered a comprehensive end-to-end solution that optimizes control and increases revenue, while consumers can seamlessly access digital content at a fair price and transfer it from a public domain to their preferred device at home.

Semiconductor Equipment & Materials International (SEMI)

Representing more than 2,400 member companies, SEMI is the trade association serving the global semiconductor equipment, materials and flat panel display industries. Since its inception in 1970, SEMI has played an increasingly vital role in industry expansion, visibility, and representation. SEMI strives to foster growth and development of both member corporations and the professionals within them through business and technical education; workforce development; public policy initiatives; and most importantly, through its international trade shows. Through these efforts, SEMI continues to promote and nurture its members and their $100 billion global market share, which represents a significant contribution to the world economy.
Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA)

The Semiconductor Industry Association is the premier trade association representing the US semiconductor industry. Founded in 1977 by five microelectronics innovators, SIA unites 95 companies responsible for more than 85 percent of semiconductor production in this country. Their coalition provides domestic semiconductor companies a forum to advance the global competitiveness of the $80 billion US chip industry. Through a network of corporate CEOs and working committees, SIA shapes public policy on issues critical to the industry and provides a spectrum of services to aid members in growing their own businesses.

Software Council of Southern California

The mission of the Software Council of Southern California is to make the region’s software and information technology companies more successful. Their members consist of executives and other senior decision makers at Southern California companies (or divisions of companies) involved in software, software services or information technology. They foster success by providing educational events, peer-to-peer executive forums, networking and contacts, access to financing, public relations and promotional opportunities, assistance on critical business issues, training and an overall sense of community.
Software Development Forum (SDForum)

SDForum is a non-profit Silicon Valley organization connecting software professionals, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, industry experts and major technology companies. With a 10,000-person reach, 2000 individual members and 20-30 events each month, SDForum is a source of information, education and connection for people seeking to build a business and career in Silicon Valley.
Software Information Industry Association (SIIA)

SIIA works towards building the digital economy, they have three distinct missions that help keep  focused on their goal. First, they seek to show the world that the software and digital information industry is the fastest growing industry sector and a major contributor to the global marketplace. Second, they protect the intellectual property of members, and advocate a legal and regulatory environment that benefits the entire industry. Finally, SIIA acts to empower their member companies with knowledge by serving as a resource to them on a wide range of traditional and emerging subjects that affect their businesses.
Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA)
Offices: Colorado Springs, Colorado
SNIA was incorporated in December 1997 and is a registered 501-C6 non-profit trade association. Their members are dedicated to "ensuring that storage networks become complete and trusted solutions across the IT community". SNIA works towards this goal by forming and sponsoring technical work groups, by producing the Storage Networking World Conference series, by building and maintaining a vendor neutral Technology Center and by promoting activities that expand the breadth and quality of the storage networking market.
