The Women's Technology Cluster is the pre-eminent
business incubator in the US dedicated to

businesses. Their mission is to increase

was founded as part of the Three Guineas
Fund in 1999, by Cate Muther, former CMO

for the Advancement of Structured Information
Standards, to minimize overlap and duplication
in XML languages and XML standard initiatives
by providing public access to XML information
and XML Schemas. Today XML.org has grown
into a centralized portal and has emerged
as a valuable and leading resource to technologists,
developers and businesspeople developing
purpose-built XML languages. XML.org receives
approximately 16,700 page views from over
