Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC)

Hawaii Technology Development Corporation provides key resources to help develop and retain high tech in Hawaii. Among its initiative, HTDC develops and manages a statewide network of incubation services and facilities that provide new technology businesses with access to business development services, strategic partnerships, networking and marketing opportunities, shared support services, and business mentoring.
High Tech Business Council (HTBC)
Offices: Rochester, New York
The High Tech Business Council is a mechanism to advance the Greater Rochester Area as one of the top regions for technology development and commercialization in the nation. Their mission is to provide an ongoing forum for linking technology innovation to commercial implementation and accelerating the growth of technology based companies in the Rochester area. The Council defines regional technology strategy and navigates its implementation on a continuous basis.

Illinois Technology Executive Exchange (ITEEx)

Information Technology Executive Exchange (ITEEx) is an executive membership organization serving the IT Executive leadership. ITEEx’s focus is building a powerful consortium of IT leaders, who will leverage each other’s networks, best practices, and general wisdom to advance their organizations and most importantly, their careers. ITEEx accomplishes this task primarily through the development of communities of IT Executives called special interest groups (SIG).

Massachusetts High Technology Council (MHTC)

The Massachusetts High Technology Council is a non-profit, non-partisan corporation whose membership is comprised of respected business leaders of Massachusetts high technology and high-value-added service companies. Through membership in the Council, their members are able to accomplish one of their most important external responsibilities in an efficient and cost-effective way.
Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC)
Offices: Richardson
The MTBC is an association of technology companies dedicated to making North Texas a global center of high-tech excellence. MCI, Nortel Networks, Fujitsu and Rockwell International founded the MTBC in 1994. Since that time, the MTBC has experienced significant membership growth and has a comprehensive portfolio of member services and events. The MTBC is dedicated to fostering a supportive business environment for technology companies and members of the technology community through leadership, advocacy, education and cooperative initiatives.

New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC)

The New Jersey Technology Council provides business support, networking opportunities, information, advocacy and recognition of technology companies and their leaders. Founded in 1996, NJTC's more than 1,200 member companies work together to support their own enterprises while advancing New Jersey's status as a leading technology center in the United States.
Northeast Ohio Technology Coalition (NorTech)
Offices: Cleveland, Ohio
NorTech is a diverse group of fifty business leaders that includes the presidents of universities and colleges, the director of NASA Glenn, CEOs and CTOs of major corporations, entrepreneurs from small- and medium-sized technology companies, capital providers, professional service providers, and leaders from various chambers, intermediaries, and foundations across the region.
Northeast Tennessee Technology Council (NETTC)
Offices: Blountville, Tennessee
The Northeast Tennessee Technology Council is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to educate, engage and support a region of technology-based businesses and entrepreneurs that will enhance the region's economy and technological infrastructure. NETTC has a 15 member Board of Directors and a 5 member Executive Committee team which serves a region of eight counties: Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington.
Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC)

The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) is the membership and trade association for the technology community in Northern Virginia and is the largest technology council in the nation. NVTC has more than 1100 member companies representing about 160,000 employees. Its membership includes companies from all sectors of the technology industry including information technology, software/hardware, Internet, ISPs, telecommunications, biotechnology, bioinformatics, aerospace and nanotechnology, as well as the service providers that play an important role in supporting these companies.
North Texas Technology Council (NTTC)
Offices: Plano, Texas
The North Texas Technology Council (NTTC) seeks to build a strong public image for the technology community in North Texas by promoting industry stars, products, technologies and member companies. The NTTC promotes North Texas as a place for technology companies to start, locate, grow, prosper, invest, work, live and play, and serves their members and the technology community at-large by providing training, education and support programs.
