The 24 hour sports network for Comcast is which is broken into 5 different regional sports networks; CSN-Mid Atlantic, CSN-Philadelphia, CSN-Chicago, CSN-West, and SportsNet New York. Each regional station is designed to cover their respective regions, and each has acquired the rights to cover the sports teams of their region.

C SPAN

C-SPAN is a private, non-profit company, created in 1979 by the cable television industry as a public service. Their mission is to provide the audience access to the live proceedings of the US House of Representatives and the US Senate, and to other forums where public policy is discussed, debated and decided-all without editing, commentary or analysis. C-SPAN receives no government funding; operations are funded by fees paid by cable and satellite affiliates who carry C-SPAN programming.
