Volition now has approximately 150 full-time staff, and continues to grow.

released The Punisher for PS2, Xbox, and PC. By mutual agreement of its
founders, Parallax split into two closely-affiliated companies, Volition
and Outrage Entertainment. In 2000 Volition was acquired by THQ, and Summoner
was released for the PS2. It was the first of five games that Volition ultimately
