Life Science Angels (LSA)

Life Science Angels was founded in 2004
by senior life science executives and experienced
angel investors as a vehicle to bring angel
capital to worthy early stage biotech and
medical device companies. Formally launched
in January 2005 with backing of 15 industry
sponsors, LSA follows a rigorous due diligence
process before presenting investment opportunities
to its membership. |
Long Island Angel Network

The lack of “patient capital” early-stage
financing for start-up companies in their
first years of growth, is known to be one
of the most serious and intractable problems
for new enterprise development. As a region
critically dependent on its ability to “grow
their own” new ventures, Long Island’s need
in this regard is substantial. Long Island
Angel Network was founded by Long Island
leaders from a diversity of sectors and

LORE Associates

Since its founding in 1988, the principal
mission of the LORE Associates is to provide
investment capital and mentoring to early
stage companies principally in the Greater
Philadelphia Area. These investments are
made for the benefit of the company and

Louisiana Nonprofit Corporation headquartered
in Baton Rouge, Louisiana governed by its
Board of Directors. LAN is a select network
of accredited investors across Louisiana
that provides early stage investment capital
to viable start up companies ready for angel-round
funding. Typically, angel-round funding
is defined by a company’s need in order
to get to the next level. |

Mid America Angels (MAA)

Founded in 2006, Mid-America Angels is a
regional network of accredited investors

Mid Atlantic Angel Group (MAG)

The Mid-Atlantic Angel Group was created
to bridge the gap between angel funding

Midwest Venture Alliance (MVA)
